在研基金项目简介 | 1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目:柔性钙钛矿太阳电池模组应力释放与机械增韧 2. 国家自然科学基金青年项目:基于智能仿生结晶印刷制备柔性钙钛矿太阳电池模组 简介:设计和开发新型大面积印刷技术来制备高质量柔性钙钛矿薄膜,并兼顾器件机械稳定性是钙钛矿太阳电池未来商业化的关键。本项目拟通过仿生结晶、智能温度响应结晶等新颖手段调控钙钛矿墨水在衬底上的形核及结晶生长过程,并揭示钙钛矿材料在柔性基底上的印刷结晶原理与稳定性机制,通过印刷技术获得柔性高质量钙钛矿薄膜。最终实现印刷制造高效稳定的柔性钙钛矿太阳电池模组,为柔性钙钛矿器件的商业化发展提供一套切实可行的研究方案 |
