在研国家基金项目简介 | 二维铁磁-铁电异质结的磁电耦合研究及其隧道结应用(国家青年基金) 简介:磁性和铁电性共存的多铁材料因其磁电耦合效应从而在新型功能器件中存在广泛应用前景。申请人拟构建由二维铁磁(Fe3GeTe2)和二维铁电材料(α-In2Se3)组成的多铁异质结,解释其磁电耦合效应的产生机制,阐明磁电耦合与铁电极化、磁矩、载流子浓度和能带结构的内在关联。本项目的研究将为构筑基于二维原子晶体的新型功能异质结/存储器提供物理基础和技术储备。 |
