“氮化硼一维结构埃纳尺度精准加工下的性能调控”。国家自然科学基金(地区项目)

简介:在二维氮化硼中引入纳米带等一维结构可以调制其能带结构,并有望引起导电性的改变。然而该理论预期至今缺乏实验验证,其关键原因是难以可控获得高质量的氮化硼纳米带。我们拟聚焦离子束直写刻蚀技术,针对二维材料发展一种精准可控的直写刻蚀加工手段,从而实现尺寸、边缘均可控的高质量氮化硼纳米带的制备,并研究及相关物理性质,以此发展基于氮化硼纳米结构的纳电子原型器件。
